 - The RX Viper V3 rudder pedals have a new Rudder axle mechanism and improved toe brake axle mechanisms.

- The Rudder axle (RZ) cam has two operating positions: “hard center” and “soft center”. Changing the cam position by turning the cam 180 degrees you can choose one of these two positions. After reinstalling the cam, it is recommended to calibrate the Rudder axis (RZ) using a calibration program.

- All three rudder pedals axles are cam-loaded, with the ability to change the spring position or adjust the spring tension.

- The toe brake pedals have the ability to adjust the angle of inclination (three positions).

- The RX Viper V3 rudder pedals, thanks to the all metal construction and the use of bearings in all movable mechanisms, the use of cam loading mechanisms for all three axes and non-contact digital sensors for all three axes, the pedals are a durable and very accurate device.

- New electronics - After calibration, the calibration values are saved to the device. The lack of auto-calibration allows you to use the pedals without the main spring (or with a weakened main spring), e.g. only with a hydraulic shock absorber. Therefore, if the pedals themselves do not return to the center position, the calibration values will not be affected.

CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS

The calibration process of RX Viper V3 rudder pedals is similar to the calibration process for RH Rotor rudder pedals.

With this software you can calibrate pedals, change axle response curves, set dead zones. Although the pedals are shipped already calibrated in the factory.

- The possibility of installing a hydraulic damper (optional is not mandatory) allows you to feel the operation of the hydraulic device under your feet and makes the RX Viper V3 rudder pedals even better.

A hydraulic damper IS NOT included in the delivery package. Everything necessary to install the damper is included in the delivery package!!!

- Hydraulic damper dimensions.

- Since high resistance can be set on the RX Viper V3 rudder pedals, especially when using a hydraulic damper, the pedals must be fixed. There are 4 holes in the base of the pedals for this purpose. The pedals can also be secured with double-sided tape on hard floors, after removing the rubber feet from the bottom of the base.
