Delivery / Delivery time

• Approximate time of order processing, i.e. handing over the goods to courier service is from one to four business days after receiving the payment.
• Shipping cost is calculated based on the total size and weight of the order.
• We deliver goods within Poland via courier DPD
• Goods sent abroad are delivered by DHL courier - An email notification will be sent after the order has been sent containing the tracking number.
• Orders sent to countries outside the EU are not subject to VAT and may be subject to local customs duties. Customs policy varies greatly, and customs or import fees are charged when the order arrives at the destination country. The company "Slaw Device Wiaczesław Oziabło" is not responsible for any additional fees. Be aware of any additional fees that may be charged by your local customs office prior to placing your order.
• Accurate estimation of transport time is difficult to determine because it can be changed by courier and IS NOT GUARANTEED. Usually it is 2-6 business days after sending the package.
